Browsing, hosting logs and statistics
The website is hosted by OVHcloud. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, the requested URL, access time, response status and browser information. Hosting logs and OVHcloud website statistics are used to operate the website, investigate errors, protect it from misuse and understand its traffic.
The legal basis for operation and security is legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to OVHcloud’s shared-hosting documentation, Web Statistics reports are generated from anonymised and aggregated traffic data, with location limited to a regional level. The provider states that these reports do not retain data allowing direct or indirect identification of visitors. Raw hosting logs are a separate category of technical records.
Hosting logs and Web Statistics history are available to the website controller through the OVHcloud control panel for up to one year, as verified by the controller. This describes the history accessible in the control panel; the provider’s definitive deletion schedule, including any backup copies, has not yet been confirmed. Records needed for a specific security incident or legal obligation may be kept for the period necessary for that purpose.
When you contact me
If you email me, I process your email address, name and any information you choose to include to respond to your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary, but I need a way to reply. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
For enquiries about potential services or collaboration, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other professional correspondence is handled under the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Correspondence is kept while the enquiry or resulting professional relationship requires it; records needed to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for the applicable period.
Cookies and resources on your device
The portfolio code does not set cookies, use local storage, or include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The Matrix animation runs in your browser and does not track you. Its pause setting is not saved between visits.
Fonts, images and icons are served from this website. Google Fonts is not contacted when these pages load. Hosting logs and server-side statistics are separate from browser cookies. OVHcloud documents a technical cookie named SERVER ID for shared-hosting load balancing, lasting less than 24 hours. It may be set by the hosting infrastructure; it was not observed in the public-page responses checked on 24 September 2026. A cookie-consent banner is not used for this configuration; non-essential cookies or tracking must not be introduced without the appropriate consent mechanism.
Service providers and external links
Hosting and email service providers process the technical and correspondence data needed to deliver their services. Access is limited to the controller and providers or authorised parties involved in these purposes, or authorities where disclosure is legally required. Personal data is not sold.
Links to LinkedIn, Credly and other websites take you to external services with their own privacy practices. They are not embedded tracking widgets. Any international processing by service providers depends on the services and contractual arrangements in use. The controller is reviewing the OVHcloud processing agreement, service locations and any applicable transfer safeguards; this notice does not assert that all processing remains within the EEA.

Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. This portfolio does not carry out automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
